Caitlin Daley Physio - The Podcast
Megs Hammond, Episode 8
Megs is a trained paramedic and mum to Rosie. She came to see me at 9.5 weeks post partum with pelvic floor symptoms. Her story inspired me as she worked steadily in her post-partum period toward returning to weight-lifting.
In the educational component I discuss what women can expect in a post partum women's health physio assessment, and my approach to return to high-impact/weight lifting in a gradual and safe way.
