Bess is a Pelvic Floor Physio who is currently studying a Masters in Pyschosexual Therapy, making Bess one of the ONLY physios in Newcastle with this specific skill set.

We ask Bess all about the hardest and best experience of 2023, inspiration in life, and Bess gives us so much insight into the world of Pelvic Pain and Sexual Health.

We love Bess for opening up the conversation on all things 'sex', especially relevant to those post-partum listeners of the Pod. Bess reminds us that 'sex' can be whatever we want it to be.
