This has been such an exciting week with the announcement of Caitlin Daley Physio re-opening on April 8th. I'm so appreciative of your support to the clinic, and the podcast!

In today's episode I invited Laura from Unwind Pilates Studio to join me for this snappy little episode on Pilates in the postnatal period.

I came into the episode already with a huge appreciation of building the core and foundation strength after having a baby. but left with so much greater understanding of the different modalities of Pilates and it's origins. 

I feel like Laura's postnatal pilates program is the perfect choice for mums who haven't exercised for a while, who need something to lead them in their home, and that's progressive but time efficient...
