Caitlin Daley Physio - The Podcast

Hormonal Therapy after Hysterectomy, Peri-Menopause & the Journey that Led here with Melanie

Caitlin Daley Season 1 Episode 22

Episode 22 brings Melanie to the Podcast.

Mel has worked in Finance most of her life, she loves to run, paint, and in more recent years train at The Movement Collective gym in Waratah NSW.

Mel comes on the podcast to share her life story through the many phases of woman-hood, from her first period, to her experience on the Pill for Endometriosis management, being diagnosed with a lesion on her pituitary gland, and finally having a hysterectomy in her 40's and what this has meant.

This episode is for any woman, but I urge those who love to run, and women navigating pelvic pain to listen to Mel's story.

If you'd like to check out Mel's artwork please visit her instragam or drop into The Coffee Benders in Waratah.
